Set of 2 Vintage Japanese Kitchen Knives – Gyuto & Yanagiba – 30 cm
Beautiful set of two authentic Japanese kitchen knives, consisting of a Gyuto (all-purpose chef's knife) and a Yanagiba (sushi knife). Both blades have a total length of approx. 30 cm and exude craftsmanship and character.

The blades feature Japanese markings on the blade, indicating traditional production. The steel shows a nice, lived-in patina – typical for older quality knives

Yanagiba: long, slender blade ideal for fine cutting techniques (sushi/sashimi)
