Description from the seller

Early English dial clock (pubclock) with convex dial and glass around 1830-1840.

The clock has a mahogany case with a door on the right and the bottom side. The convex glass door with brass bezel can be locked with a latch. The bottom door is made from iron and seems a later replacement. The small mahogany rim around the brass bezel is an early feature.

The convex cream coloured dial has its original paint and signature “Mitchell” and “Battle”. The steel blue hands are also original to the clock.

The brass movement is fully cleaned and polished. A new Kevlar line is installed. The movement is in good working order and comes with a winding key.

Dimensions: Diameter = 36,5 cm, depth is 14,5 cm

The clock can also be collected in Westebork.
