Clock - Art Deco Chrome, Bakelite - Oak - 1920-1930

A beautiful and in excellent condition Amsterdam School pendulum clock dating from the Art Deco period 1920-1930.
The vaulted clock case is made of oak with a nicely finished Bakelite front.
The geometry is very evident in this clock with identical patterns on the front, featuring inlaid decorative motifs on both sides.
The beveled glass door has a chrome rim, where the numeral ring is completely intact.
The movement has been cleaned and lightly oiled again, and it has a small pendulum motion and is leveled.
The three-tone bim-bam strike is pleasant to hear and can be heard every half and full hour.
The clock comes from a clock shop in Woerden, as seen on a plate on the back.
A splendid clock to look at and fitting in any type of interior.
