Description from the seller

Prestigious Limoges Raynaud Table Service – 73 Pieces – Ivory Porcelain & Thick Gold – Flaming Lily Décor
Exceptional monumental table service from the famous Raynaud & Co porcelain manufactory in Limoges (Swan mark). This 73-piece lot embodies French aristocratic elegance, crafted in ivory-colored porcelain, offering depth and warmth far more prestigious than plain white.

Decor & Finishes:
The design features the Lily in blazing orange and brick tones, enhanced by an exceptionally thick layer of fine gold gilding, especially on the borders and the sculpted handles of the pieces with shell/oval shapes.

Condition (Full transparency):
Given its age and authenticity, the service is in GOOD overall condition. For complete honesty with bidders:

Gold gilding: Natural patina from use on the gold on the handles of the large oval dishes.
Soup turelle: One of the handles shows an old crack, perfectly consolidated and stabilized (very solid and immobile). A small discreet chip is present under the base rim, completely invisible when the piece is laid down.
Plates: 6 plates show wear to the floral motif and 3 plates have small chips on the upper rim (visible from above only).

Detailed composition (73 pieces):
60 Plates:
36 Flat plates (Large model).
12 Dessert/Cake plates.
12 Salad/Starter plates.
13 Pieces of Shape and Service:
03 Compotiers on foot (display stands): Prestige pieces for fruit, pastries or bread.
02 Large soup tureens with handles gilded in thick gold.
02 Large Oval platters with richly gilded handles.
02 Large Round presentation platters.
01 Large deep salad bowl.
01 Sauce boat (graffe).
02 Ravières / Serving bowls.
