Turntable model CURLING POMPON space age, manufactured in 1972, in excellent physical condition and tested to be in working order, weighing 2.3 kg and including a power cord.
Description from the seller
Here is a beautiful Space Age Philips turntable model from the 1970s, known in France as CURLING and in the Netherlands and Germany as POMPON.
operates on AC mains 110 / 127 / 220 / 240 or 6 x 1.5-volt LR14 batteries not provided (it is currently set to 220/240 volts)
transistor audio system with 6 transistors + 3 diodes
it can play records 33, 45, 78 rpm, with automatic stop at the end of the disk, the sapphire is excellent, it has its 45 rpm adapter and the sapphire is new (see photo of the sapphire packaging)
The condition is excellent, complete and fully serviced by a technician/collector, with replacement of defective parts, it works impeccably with remarkable sound and, indeed, what a Space Age design!
