Sekonic Auto-Leader Model 38 – Classic light meter from the 1960s
For sale: an original Sekonic Auto-Leader Model 38, a compact and reliable analog light meter from the early 1960s. This model (also known as L-38) was introduced around 1960 and was popular for its simple operation and solid Japanese build quality.
The meter works with a selenium cell (no battery) and measures reflected light. Thanks to the built-in “booster,” it can also provide usable measurements in low light, making it versatile for different photographic situations.
