Lot consisting of 6 lithographed bottles of 500 ml of organic extra-virgin olive oil produced by Azienda agricola Antonino Centonze, Sicily - Italy.
Lithographed bottles with reproductions of some images of Sicilian localities.
Organic oil with very high density and a veiling.
Intense green color with yellow-gold reflections.
Spiced and herbaceous, sharp and persistent.
Medium fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a tomato finish and sweet almond notes.
Ideal with fish, both raw and cooked, but also with legume soups, red meats and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a “unicum” precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. Indeed, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundant in the tufaceous rock on which they majestically stand.
The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
