Lot consisting of 6 bottles of 500 ml of extra-virgin olive oil "Biolio Casa di Latomie" produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily, Italy.
Extra-virgin olive oil "Riserva Blend".
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, rounded and full.
Great balance with a finish of tomato, almond and artichoke.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a true "unicum" precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they majestically rise.
The location transfers to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic intensity typical of Sicilian cultivars.
