The Technics SL-BD22 is one of the best-known and most reliable belt-driven turntables from the 80s and 90s. This model was hugely popular because of its ease of use and the solid Technics build quality. Thanks to the T4P (P-mount) system you don’t need to perform any tricky cartridge adjustments; it is literally plug and play. It is a semi-automatic, which means the tonearm returns to the rest at the end of the record.
