Description from the seller
Schneider Cantate Stereo De Luxe 1964
Stereophonic valve turntable with Dual 1007 changer. A high-end model, one of the most luxurious products in France in the 1960s.
The five-valve amplifier (EL84-EL84-EBF80-EBF80-EZ81) offers full control with adjustments for volume, bass, treble, and balance. The central speaker, equipped with a large elliptical woofer, is designed to reproduce mid–low notes, while the two satellite speakers handle the mid–high notes, ensuring a distinctive three-channel stereo performance.
Automatic turntable Dual 1007 that allows listening to any type of record in manual, automatic, and changer mode. Supplied with all its accessories including the short center spindle, the adapter for records with large center hole, the spindle for automatic lowering of records with large center hole, and the spindle for automatic lowering of records with small center hole.
Original Dual CDS620 stereo cartridge.
Wooden case covered in vinyl leather with gold aesthetic details; the accessories, loudspeakers and cables all have their own specific compartments.
In excellent condition of preservation, with minimal signs of wear, the amplifier and the Dual turntable have recently been serviced and are fully functional.
For space reasons I photographed the turntable with the central case resting against the wall, rotated backwards; for optimal results, during listening I recommend placing it on the floor in a central position, leaving some space behind to allow the bass to express itself best.
Notes
As this is a vintage electronic device, although it works, it is sold without warranty.
The numerous photographs are an integral part of the description.
The turntable will be appropriately packaged and shipped insured.
Dimensions 51x20x40
