Beaulieu R16 16 mm cine camera with C-mount, physically Very good and tested and in working order, dating from 1940–1950.
Description from the seller
Here is a Beaulieu R16 16 mm film camera of French manufacture. In excellent condition, it looks barely used and all of its functions are fully operational. This is a motorized version. It supports shooting rates from 2 to 64 frames per second, switchable to 24–25 frames per second (FSB) for standard cinematic frame rates, enabling slow motion, time-lapses, and other special effects.
It is equipped with a reflex viewfinder, an interchangeable C-mount for lenses, and is compatible with 3-inch focal rings and zoom lenses. It also includes a Gossen exposure meter for semi-automatic exposure measurement.
It is powered by a battery integrated in the grip or by an external power source. It can hold 30- or 60-meter film magazines; a 60-meter magazine allows about 5 minutes of continuous shooting. The battery, however, must be replaced for normal operation. It is supplied with an Angenieux Zoom 17-68mm f/2.2 lens, in excellent condition, functioning perfectly and with a very clear and well-coated glass.
