Serving dish / Entrée dish, Old Sheffield Plate, original method of mechanically fusing silver onto copper. Dated circa 1820. Typically English design with a corded edge. The crest depicts a rampant lion with an arrow and the inscription "LIBERTAS" associated with the Birch family. The stopper for the inner chamber is stuck.

Lo stemma raffigura un leone  rampante con una freccia e la scritta "LIBERTAS" riconducibile alla famiglio "Birch". Il tappo per l'intercamera è bloccato.
