Bid on here for an octagonal lid box from France, dating from the late 18th century. A silver-plated beautiful piece with history and a stamp on the bottom and on the lid.
Of course it has patina appropriate to its age and has not sustained any scratches over time; this does not diminish the beautifully crafted piece with its lions’ heads.
