Knife rest - Metal - 12-piece knife rest set

Complete set of 12 knife rests from the famous "Silver Collection," dating from the 1960s/1970s.

Each piece depicts a galloping horse with a sleek, modern style.
Metal alloy with a high-quality Silver Plated finish.
The surface is mirror-polished and reflects light perfectly, a sign of excellent conservation.

Each individual piece weighs about 39 grams, for a total metal weight of almost 470 grams.

The set is delivered in its two original period boxes.
A very interesting feature for collectors is the packaging graphics:
The boxes were produced with reversible graphics: on one side it says "Horse-Holder" and on the opposite side "Dog-Holder".
This is an authentic detail of the original production "Made in Hong Kong" of those years, which used universal packaging for the different subjects of the collection.

Note: The lot includes exclusively the 12 horse-shaped pieces.

The set is in excellent condition. The plating is intact and bright on all pieces. The original boxes are well preserved, with minimal signs of time that add to its vintage charm.
