Silver - Pendant

An ancient religious pendant in refined silver filigree, crafted with elegant artisanal workmanship in a floral/radiant motif.

The pendant features a pierced framework made of ultra-thin silver wires woven together and enriched by small hand-applied decorative spheres, which give it great visual lightness and ornamental value.

In the center is set a bi-faced oval medallion with relief sacred subjects: on one side the Madonna with Child crowned, on the other the profile of Saint Joseph, with the visible inscription “GIUSEPPE.” The double religious iconography makes the piece particularly interesting for collectors of sacred art and devotional jewelry.

Italian manufacture from the 19th century, with references to the Sardinian and southern filigree tradition.
