Christofle - Bottle coaster (2) - Silverplated

Set of coaster and bottle coaster signed Christofle, consisting of two silvered metal disks that reproduce the historic French plaques.

The bottle coaster has a diameter of 14 cm and the coaster 8 cm.

Both feature a dense circular engraving that catalogs the punch marks of the Fermiers Généraux active between the 17th and 18th centuries. The symbols for charge and discharge, the guarantee marks, and the cities of historical jurisdiction such as Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Rennes and Strasbourg are clearly visible.

The base of each piece is lined with original black velvet, which preserves the resting surfaces and provides stability. At the center of each base is set a silver medallion bearing the signature "Christofle France".

They are in good condition and sold with a Christofle-signed folder.
