Up for sale is a stunning piece of mid-century culinary history: an authentic Siberia manual ice shaver. Originally used in Italian bars and kiosks to create the famous "Grattachecca" (shaved ice), this machine is a perfect blend of industrial functionality and vintage charm.

Brand: Siberia (Original logo embossed on the cast aluminum body).

Origin: Made in Italy.

Material: Heavy-duty cast aluminum body with a solid cast-iron base and a wooden-handled flywheel.

Mechanism: Hand-cranked flywheel operation with a top-mounted lever for pressing the ice against the internal blades.
