Early 20th-century library chair. Convertible into a step ladder, full of character and a very beautiful waxed patina in medium oak. The frame is perfectly solid and comfortable for everyday use as a chair. Slight overhang on the seat. Given its age, using it in ladder mode is recommended for purely decorative purposes.
