Three-handled ceramic jug with a spout.
Elegant beige glazed ceramic jug featuring two lateral handles and a vertical handle.
Biconical body resting on a flat base, annular reinforcement at the shoulder starting from a straight neck ending with a beveled opening and a slightly gutter-like spout, tightened at its end.
The spout and the top of the neck are adorned with a black painted decoration.
Minoan period - end of the 2nd millennium BCE - 1300 to 1000 BCE.
Eastern Mediterranean, Crete, Cyprus or Phoenicia -
Height 14.8 cm - width 11.7 cm - Very good condition - no restoration - intact piece
Provenance information: Germany, D.M.R. Gallery.
