kendex - 1900-1949

Antique pocket watch from the Kendex brand, of Swiss origin, with a manual-wind mechanical movement, dating from the early 20th century (c. 1900–1930).
The inner lid bears the inscription “Remontoir Ancre de Précision,” a typical designation of watches with anchor escapement, recognized for their precision. The movement is marked “Swiss Made” and includes jewels (visible in the photographs), evidencing traditional watchmaking construction.
The dial features stylized Arabic numerals and a small seconds at 6 o’clock. Metal case (not tested for precious metals), with patina and signs of use compatible with age.
