"Early Times" is the first, and perhaps most beautiful, installment of Vasantha Yogananthan’s long-term project, "A Myth of Two Souls", which offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the "Ramayana". Blurring the lines between fiction and reality, it employs multiple approaches: color photographs, repainted photographs, illustrated photographs, and vernacular images form the layers of a timeless narrative.

Out of print, this is a signed copy in excellent condition. Just a faint darkening of the cloth at the top edge.
