Modular Flowerpot / Planter - Design Isao Hosoe for Intercom

Iconic large modular planter, designed by Isao Hosoe for Intercom (Padova) in the 1970s.

Made in printed ABS plastic, this planter is a milestone of Italian Space Age design. Its sinuous "wave" shape is not only aesthetic but functional: it was designed to be placed alongside other identical modules to create spatial dividers or endless botanical compositions. The inner bottom features raised veins to facilitate the placement of pots.

On the base is the original production mark impressed: "Intercom - Padova - Italy - Design Isao Hosoe".

Dimensions: 60 x 60 x H 31 cm

Condition: Good vintage condition, consistent with its age. The material retains its original patina and slight signs of surface wear that do not compromise its aesthetics.
