Description
Splendid example of an operator-position telephone exchange originally from the 1940s/1950s, produced by the historic FACE Standard Milan. A piece of authentic Italian industrial archaeology, perfect as a vintage decorative object, mid-century modern or for telecoms collectors.
Main features:
• Material: Body and receiver in glossy black bakelite.
• Brand: FACE logo clearly visible on the dial disk.
• Details: Equipped with a 10-key keyboard at the bottom, original indicator lamps and a numeric dial disk.
• Aesthetic conditions: Very good, bakelite shows no cracks or obvious breaks. The dial mechanics are smooth (returns to position regularly).
• Technical notes: The external connecting cable appears cut (as in the photo), therefore the item is sold as a display piece, for collection, or for restoration. Not electrically tested.
