Iconic Weltron Model 2001 radio with the distinctive futuristic "Space Age" design, one of the most representative models of 1970s pop aesthetics. The spherical body and the futuristic lines make it today a highly sought-after collectible among fans of vintage design and era hi-fi.
The unit has been tested and the radio function is working. However, it was not possible to verify the operation of the 8-track tape player due to lack of compatible media.
The overall condition is fair, with normal signs of wear from time and use. There are some cracks on the outer shell, visible in the photographs, along with light scratches and yellowing due to age. The rear label is partially worn.

La struttura sferica e le linee avveniristiche la rendono oggi un oggetto da collezione molto ricercato dagli appassionati di design vintage e hi-fi d'epoca.
L'apparecchio è stato testato e la funzione radio risulta funzionante. Non è stato invece possibile verificare il funzionamento del lettore di cassette 8-track per mancanza di supporti compatibili.
Le condizioni generali sono discrete, con normali segni del tempo e dell'utilizzo. Sono presenti alcune crepe sulla scocca esterna, visibili nelle fotografie, oltre a lievi graffi e ingiallimenti dovuti all'età. L'etichetta posteriore è parzialmente usurata.
