Press Antique - 19th-century kitchen press

Fruit press or meat-juice press in black patina iron and white enameled iron from the 19th century.
Circa 1880–1900.
Cooks used this utensil to extract the juices of fruits or meats or poultry carcasses to extract the juices. All castle kitchens or kitchens of bourgeois households had this kind of device.
The appliance is complete with its accessories.

Excellent condition with only minor signs of wear.
