Splendid specimen of the famous Vreneli, the most iconic gold coin of the Swiss Confederation.
The presence of the letter L makes it particularly sought after: it indicates the official 1945 reprint, a specific edition highly valued by collectors and that gives this specimen a higher value than ordinary issues.
On the reverse there is the letter B, the Bern Mint mark, guarantee of authenticity and minting quality.
The obverse depicts the famous Helvetia with an Alpine backdrop, one of the most elegant portraits in European coinage.
