Description from the seller
Vintage Heuer Trackmaster Stopwatch from 1970s
Beautiful and fully functional vintage Heuer Trackmaster stopwatch from the 1970s. This is a genuine "Pre-TAG" Heuer, produced before the 1985 merger, making it a highly desirable piece for collectors of horology and motorsport memorabilia.
This specific model is perfect for vintage rally enthusiasts, sports timing, or as a standout piece in a Heuer collection.
Technical Specifications:
The model is a Heuer Trackmaster (Ref. 8011 / 801.302) or very similar.
Mechanical Swiss Made Valjoux 7700 caliber – known for its precision and reliability.
High-visibility 1/10th second resolution. The large hand completes a full rotation in 30 seconds for enhanced readability. Small 15-minute register at the top.
“Time-out" configuration. Start/Stop via the main crown and a dedicated Reset button on the right side.
Great vintage condition. The movement runs strong and accurately. The buttons have a crisp, mechanical click, and the reset function snaps perfectly back to zero. However, please note that sometimes in order to start the time, you will have to rewind the crown botton a little!
Includes the original black shock-protection rubber "bumper," which is intact and well-preserved.
The watch features a discreet professional inventory engraving on the side (WP9508), adding a touch of authentic history and character to the piece, suggesting it was once used as a precision tool in a professional or institutional setting.
The watch has a slightly/minor damage at the botton clear plastic window part.
