Botryoidal coral calcite – Morocco
Beautiful specimen of calcite formed in a cave environment, with characteristic coral-like growth. The surface is composed of numerous rounded, compact concretions, with clearly evident botryoidal development.
The structure is irregular but balanced, with a natural distribution of volumes that makes the sample pleasant to observe from multiple angles. There are cavities and small ridges that add variety to the surface.
The color is light, ranging from white to cream, fairly uniform overall, with slight variations due to the mineral's natural growth. The surface shows a faint sheen in some areas.
A simple and well-presented specimen, suitable for both collection and display.
