WMF - Dish - Silverplated, Crystal - Ball on punch

An exceptional, original WMF punch bowl (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) from the early 20th century. The piece is characterized by a stark, geometric form typical of late Art Nouveau, transitioning into the Art Deco style.
The item shows natural signs of use and aging.
The silver plating is noticeably darker, covered with a protective layer to prevent tarnishing; the layer has worn away in some places. To remove it completely, I recommend a boil in vinegar; the coating comes off easily, revealing the bright silvering.
There are visible localized wear marks on the silvering, small scratches.
On the surface of the metal lid there are small dents.
Glass: preserved in very good condition, no cracks. The pattern is clear and clean.
