Offered is a striking Robotron Erika Mod. 100 portable mechanical typewriter, finished in a strong yellow/orange color scheme with a black keyboard and metal internals. The machine was made in the former DDR / East Germany and bears the markings “Mod. 100 - Made in GDR” and Robotron Export-Import.

This model has a distinctive 1970s vibe and is therefore interesting as a collector’s item, decorative vintage office object, or eye-catcher in an interior, studio, shop display, or writer’s nook.

The typewriter is in nice vintage condition. The housing is sturdy and has a fresh, decorative color. The keys, type bars, carriage, platen, and ribbon spools are present. The ribbon is present, but for effective daily use replacing the ribbon is recommended.
