Set of 12 Christofle Marly model dining forks in silver-plated metal.
Length: 20.5 cm
Beautiful shine - Sold without presentation box
Christofle is a French silversmithing and tableware company, founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle.
The company is known for having introduced electroplating gilding and silvering in France in 1842. The company was acquired in 2012 by one of its shareholders, the Chalhoub family luxury group.
The House Christofle relies on production fully made by hand following traditional techniques. The precious crafts of turning and repoussé, planishing, chasing, and engraving, which are carried on by its Master Silversmiths and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, immortalize the qualities of elegance and excellence of all Christofle pieces. It is this irreplaceable human know-how, passed down from master to apprentice, that constitutes the living heritage of Christofle. True "Living Treasures".
