These modular wall shelves combine functional design with a clear, restrained form language and stylistically echo the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic. The construction is based on a Balton shelving system from the 1990s, while the wooden shelves used originate from the 1960s—a successful blend of two eras.

The delicate black metal frame forms an elegant contrast to the warm wood veneer shelves. The shelves have been carefully refinished and present themselves in very well-kept condition. The supports, hooks, and edges have been professionally renewed, further improving stability and durability.

The condition is overall very good, with only small, discreet veneer repairs that are hardly noticeable (see close-up photos). The shelves are stable, well-crafted, and versatile—both as a bookcase and for decorative objects.
