For collectors and lovers of vintage hand-embroidered linens, two splendid identical towels in natural pure linen fiber, dating from the 1980s to the 1990s.
In excellent condition, virtually new, with light signs of trunk wear.
Italian origins, a prestigious artisanal tradition.
Viewing the photos is an integral part of the description. The towels are hand-embroidered, in a Sicilian reticulated openwork pattern with eros, cherubs, Cupid, love-struck angels, decorative-eyelet stitches. The fabrics measure 111x71 cm and also feature hand-hemmed edges in punto giorno.
To the touch they are light, slightly rigid and rough, typical of natural fiber, and they seem very absorbent and enveloping.
They will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking by a trusted courier.
