Description from the seller
3D stereo camera View Master Viewmaster from the 1950s with original case.
As far as I can research on the internet, it is a legendary 3D camera manufactured by Sawyer's Inc. in the United States from 1952.
— Stereoscopic camera with twin lens to create 3D images
— 20 mm f/2.8 lenses
— Uses 35 mm film
— Allows creating 3D discs for the View-Master viewer
— Front exposure guide system by color
— With hot shoe for flash and top viewfinder
This model captured two images simultaneously (one for each eye), which were then turned into the famous View-Master discs with 7 scenes in 3D.
A very interesting piece for vintage photography collectors, lovers of stereoscopic photography, or of the history of the View-Master Personal Stereo Camera system.
CONDITION: Very good cosmetic condition as shown in the photos. I do not notice mold or scratches, only what comes with time. It shoots perfectly (for those who don’t know, the top button "loads" the camera and it fires by lowering the small lever on the front). The interior (where the film goes) is very clean and does not seem to have any problems.
