Luc Best is one of Germany's leading artists in pop/street art and modern pop art.
His internationally sought-after artworks tackle themes of automobilia, comic-book heroes, and the great icons of film and music from the 60s and 70s. In the high-end classic car scene and among Pop Art aficionados, these strictly limited works have meanwhile achieved cult status.
The appeal of his paintings lies in their density of content and color intensity, portraying motifs we think we recognize, but which have been created entirely from scratch.
