In this lot: a walking stick with a handle featuring a romantic porcelain image.

It is a very special and rare walking stick with lovely porcelain-depicted figures (no damage) in an elegantly decorated knob.

It was made in France around 1900, with a silver pommel.

The walking stick is made of brown hardwood and has a beautiful patina.

There are no visible silver marks, but it has been tested for silver; see the last photo.

The length of the staff is 90 cm, weight 160 g.

There are signs of wear on the handle and the shaft and a small crack at the top, as would be expected for its age.

A collector's item. Comes from a private collection, rare.

In dit kavel : een wandelstok met een handgreep met een romantische afbeelding in porselein .

Het betreft een zeer bijzondere en zeldzame wandelstok met mooie in porselein afgebeelde figuren (zonder beschadiging) in een sierlijk bewerkte knop.                 
Hij is gemaakt in Frankrijk omstreeks ca. 1900 gemaakt met een zilveren pommel.                                                                                                                                                                                   De wandelstok is vervaardigd in bruin hardhout en heeft een mooie patina.                                                          Er zijn geen zilvermerktekens zichtbaar maar is wel getest op zilver , zie laatste foto.
De lengte van de stok is 90cm , gewicht 160gr.
Op de de handgreep en de stok zijn gebruikssporen en een klein barstje bovenaan , normaal gezien de leeftijd.
Een collectors item. Komt uit een privé verzameling , zeldzaam.
