A Tlatilco Terracotta Anthropomorphic Figurine, Central Mexico, 12th to 6th Century BC.

Elegant hand-modelled terracotta figurine in the classic Tlatilco style, representing a standing anthropomorphic figure with a tall, elongated headdress or coiffure, finely rendered facial features, slender body, and arms positioned at the sides. The piece displays excellent sculptural proportions and a beautiful light beige terracotta surface with subtle traces of slip and natural patina. Although, missing one arm.
