The device comes from an estate.
When you plug in a plug you can hear that the device powers on.
The lights do not come on.
Since several fuses are included, it’s possible that some are already defective.
I can’t say anything further about tests or about the nature of any defect, if there is one.
The cables are included.
The device was probably purchased in the 1980s. It cannot have been used very often.
