Since the 17th century, the Giusti family has cared for its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that yields complex taste harmonies and products of excellence appreciated worldwide.
A precious wooden chest contains five 250 ml bottles of the highly prized ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP.
1 BOTTLE "A SILVER MEDAL" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Silver Medal” is a highly aromatic product, capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes to which it is added with its intensity. To be used both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In 1900 French oak casks with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old barrel batteries.
1 BOTTLE "TWO GOLD MEDALS - THE CLASSIC" 250 ML.
Historical product of Acetaia Giusti, “the Classic” is a balsamic of great versatility, suitable for both cooking and raw use. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it features notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old barrel batteries.
