Antique Wrought Iron Chandelier with Zoomorphic Elements
Suggestive antique wrought-iron chandelier, dating from the late 19th century – early 20th century, characterized by great charm and decorative elegance.
The structure, entirely hand-forged, features a central hexagonal body enriched with refined openwork motifs of scrolls and floral decorations. The six outer arms support as many teardrop-shaped satin glass cups, finely worked with a craquelé effect, while in the center there is a spherical cup also made of worked glass.
Particularly distinctive are the upper ornamental elements with stylized bird figures in wrought iron, which give movement and uniqueness to the composition, highlighting the craftsmanship of the era.
