Rare Bushoong mask - DRC - Wood - 37 cm

Unique and rare Bushoong mask (they belong to the Kuba ethnic group).
The Bushoong migrated from the north and are closely related to the Mongo peoples of the South. Upon reaching their current location, they encountered the Twa and Kete peoples, both absorbed by the Kuba Kingdom.
