Tool - A large, antique decanting funnel, also known as a wine-saving funnel.

Ancient and large transfer funnel also called Salvavina because its peculiar shape prevented wine from escaping. These funnels were made entirely by hand, beaten and hammered, and came in various sizes, with a filter/grasparola. Normally, at these large sizes, they were professional-grade for a cellar master. Excellent collectible item but also suitable as rustic decor. It should be noted that being very old and very used, its current function is purely decorative.
