Zeiss Ikon Simplex Folding Camera – Nettar Anastigmat 10.5cm f/6.3 – 6x9 roll film camera – ca. 1930

Very fine and characterful Zeiss Ikon Simplex folding camera from Germany, produced around the late 1920s / early 1930s. This elegant Art Deco model is part of Zeiss Ikon’s early compact roll film cameras and is nowadays cherished by collectors for its iconic design and high-quality finish.

The camera is equipped with a Zeiss Ikon Nettar-Anastigmat 10.5 cm f/6.3 lens in a Telma shutter. Shutter speeds: B, T, 25, 50, 100. Aperture: f/6.3 – f/32.

Suitable for 120 roll film with image format 6x9 cm.

This example is in nice vintage condition. The bellows look neat and the camera opens and closes smoothly. The original folding viewfinder and carrying strap are also present. The lens shows light signs of age appropriate to its nearly 100-year-old age.

A wonderful collector’s item for lovers of early photography, Zeiss Ikon cameras and Art Deco design.
