Description from the seller

Rare medieval ballock dagger with preserved wooden hilt
For sale is a characteristic ballock dagger (Nierendolch) in good, well-preserved condition.
The hilt is made of wood and is still fully intact; two cross marks on the blade are inlaid with copper, a cross with a small flaw. The pommel is pyramid-shaped.
The guards show on both sides rising, arm-like, outstretched ends. This distinctive shaping gives the dagger a particularly characteristic and expressive appearance.
The blade is of the slender yet robust form typical for ballock daggers. At a length of 33 cm it is an attractive collectible for friends of medieval edged weapons and historical daggers.

for a parallel also dated to the 15th century see Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna : https://www.khm.at/kunstwerke/dolch-misericordie-gnadgott-372382
