Description from the seller

The four scenes seem to represent highly venerated Marian variants:

Top left: an enthroned Virgin with the Child, possibly a variant of the Theotokos Sovereign or “Reigning Virgin,” recognizable by the crown.
Top right: a Virgin with the Child holding a scroll, close to the Hodigitria type (“She Who Shows the Way”).
Bottom left: a crowned Virgin with the Child resting on her shoulder, probably a festive Russian variant related to protective advocations.
Bottom right: a representation of the Eleousa type (“of tenderness”), where the Child affectionately approaches Mary’s face.

Some details that help identify it as Russian:
Dark background with reddish and ochre tones.
Elongated facial features typical of the late Russian school.
Use of Cyrillic inscriptions that are very worn.
Wide, varnished wooden frame for domestic use.
