Anonymous - Original Dutch Manuscript from religious musical Book - ca. 16th century - 1550

Original manuscript - 16th century - on paper.

Condition: although more than 500 years old, the condition is good, but cut; the top, side and bottom edges miss a small portion of the text, the paper is slightly browned and has some stains. Elements that determine value: rarity, quality of age and appeal... a top piece in any serious collection.

This 16th-century manuscript leaf comes from a Latin music book written in the Netherlands. The text is written with brown ink, with red and blue inks used for the initials, and some letters are decorated with them. All the text on this leaf is handwritten.

This concerns an original leaf from the 16th century.
