For those who don't know it: this is not a regular LEGO set you can still find somewhere in stores. The BrickLink Designer Program revolves around fan designs that are produced in limited runs, and once the production round is over, it's done. This set is now retired.
The set consists of 594 pieces and includes three minifigures: the wagon's owner, a girl and her grandmother. The wagon itself sits loose on a display stand with cobblestones, a curb, a lamppost and flowers. There's even a little bird and a butterfly for that extra bit of atmosphere.
