Horizontal rectangular mirror, in a carved and stuccoed wooden frame. The frame features a relief decoration of scrolling vines, stylized foliage and shells at the corners, treated in a neoclassical spirit. The main moulding is accentuated by an inner beaded frieze. The polychrome finish combines a light green shade with gilding highlights.

The back is closed by a wooden panel, equipped with a metal hanging system (wire stretched between two lugs).

Good overall condition, some losses.

Miroir de forme rectangulaire horizontale, dans un encadrement en bois mouluré et stuqué. Le cadre présente un décor en relief de rinceaux, feuillages stylisés et coquilles aux écoinçons, traité dans un esprit néo-classique. La moulure principale est soulignée d’une frise perlée intérieure. La finition polychrome associe une teinte vert amande à des rehauts de dorure.

Le revers est fermé par un panneau en bois, muni d’un système d’accrochage métallique (fil de fer tendu entre deux pattes).

Bon état général, quelques manques.
