This is the collection of the "talking plates" in ceramic (faience) produced by the Musée de la Faïencerie de Gien. The peculiarity of this series is the visual game: at the center is depicted a scene with a question, for example "Où est l'écuyère?" (Where is the equestrienne?), the answer to which is found by rotating the plate.
