Pokémon Complete album

Very rare sealed copy of the How to Play Pokémon Cards magazine/guide from Japan, released on November 30, 1996 during the very early period of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

This copy concerns the sought-after Non Glossy variant, which is considerably rarer than the standard glossy version.

The magazine contains the exclusive Pikachu Non Glossy Promo and Jigglypuff Non Glossy Promo cards, originating from the rare Non Glossy edition of the magazine.

The magazine features illustrations by Keiji Kinebuchi and was published as the official introductory guide for learning to play the original Pokémon cards in Japan.

The sealed Non Glossy version is today regarded as one of the hardest early Pokémon publications to find. It is estimated that worldwide there are only a very limited number of sealed copies remaining, presumably fewer than 10 in original unopened condition.
